Products have a Two Year Limited Warranty.
OakSturdy™ reserves the right to inspect the damaged product prior to replacing or fixing goods.
All damaged products must be returned to manufacturer at owner expense.
Any tampering or altering of product may cause injury or death and will void warranty.
Exceeding weight limits described in the literature may cause injury or death and will void of warranty.
Any misuse of product may cause injury or death and will void warranty.
OakSturdy™ is not liable for any damage to any of owner’s property when using OakSturdy ™products.
If OakSturdy™ product has a defect prior to the sale to the owner it will be replaced at OakSturdy™ expense.
A copy of receipts must be sent with damaged products.
Description of why the product failed while in use must be sent with damaged product.
Damaged products must be sent to manufacturer within 60 days after being damaged.
Owner must fill out Owner Warranty Card provided in box or online at OakSturdy.com within 60 days of sale to prove ownership of product.
Leaving OakSturdy™ products in the woods for more than 60 days at a time may weaken camo strapping and may void warranty.
If OakSturdy™ products are used for anything other than described in the manuals warranty will be voided.

Exceeding 26lbs on the swing arm when in use as gun rest may cause injury or death.
Exceeding 26lbs on swing arm when in use as bow holder may cause injury or death.
Exceeding 40lbs on tree stand pulley system may cause injury or death.
Any weight limits exceed will be obvious and will cause void on warranty.
